1. What we collect

We collect only what you give us: your email address, an optional first and last name, and an optional timezone. Your tasks, projects, and focus sessions are stored so the app can work for you.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to run the service, keep you signed in, and show you your own work. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Where it lives

Your data is stored with our hosting provider, Supabase, in a managed cloud database. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Your rights

You can view and update your profile at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and all of your data from the profile page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
